3. How do I pay for my on line order?
After your order is received and reviewed, a separate invoice with the shipping charges will be e-mailed to you. This invoice will include a online payment button that allows you to use credit and debit cards or PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay your invoice. You may choose the most convenient method for you.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX
Paypal
Bank wire transfers. Please contact us for details.
Purchase orders from institutions or companies that have established credit. Terms are net 30 days.
5. Repairs?
All current models of the Volvere V-Max and handpieces can be repaired.
Please send your repair directly to our address with the reason for the return and a contact name.
All repairs will be quoted and sent to you for approval before we begin any work.
6. Requests for specials or different burs?
We do provide other burs not listed on this site. Please contact us for any request.
And new burs are added frequently.

8. Returned Goods Policy
Authorization
All returns must be authorized by Acumed Instruments Corporation prior to receipt.
Please either email, acumed@earthlink.net, or call 805 683 1133 for (RGA), returns good authorization.
Return Policy
Products must be returned within 30 calendar days after the invoice date.
No credit allowed on return of special order, sterile packaged, altered or autoclaved items.
All returns will be subject to restock charge of 10% unless the item was shipped in error.
All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser when returning goods, both to and from purchaser.
All repairs sent in for evaluation/ estimates must be disinfected or autoclaved before returning.
Repairs that are approved for repair must be paid in advance or secured with a credit card.
9. Limited Express Warranty
Acumed Instruments Corporation warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, for the warranty period set forth below and subject o provision hereof.
As to products except burs, the obligation of Acumed under this warranty is solely limited to repairing or replacing on an exchange basis, at the election of Acumed, any product or part thereof, which will with one (1) year after delivery of the product to the original purchaser to be returned to the factory of Acumed, with transportation charges prepaid, and which on examination discloses in the sole discretion of Acumed that said product or part is defective.
As to burs, the obligation of Acumed under this warranty is solely limited to furnishing and replacing on an exchange basis, at the factory of Acumed, any which shall within ninety (90) days after delivery of the bur to the original purchaser be returned to Acumed with transportation charges prepaid, and which discloses in the sole discretion of Acumed that said burs is defective.
The warranty will not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered outside of the factory of Acumed in any way so as to, in the sole judgment of Acumed, affect the proper operation or reliability of the product, or which Acumed determines in its sole discretion, has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident.
The liability of Acumed, pursuant to th above-mentioned warranty, will exist only if the products are operated, cleaned and sterilized, and otherwise used and maintained in accordance with the instructions furnished by Acumed and been subject to normal use for the purpose which the goods were designed.
The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
Acumed will not be liable for special, indirect consequential damages or other damages. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and liability of Acumed with respect to any contractor sale or anything done in connection therewith, whether or in contract, in tort, under warranty or otherwise will expect as expressively provided herein, exceed the price of the product on which such liability is based.
Any affirmation of fact, description of goods, or sample or model referred to in any product brochure, specification sheets or the like, whether or the same relate to production of capability of the products to perform, do not for part of the basis for the bargains but are merely made in the course of the negotiations of the parties and are not be construed as warranties unless specifically identified as such.
Acumed makes no warranty of any, express or implied, except as set forth above, and the purchaser shall be responsible for all and liability to any third party resulting from or arising from the used said products, equipment or goods. Acumed neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for Acumed, any other liability or obligations in connection with the sale or use the products sold.
