Check your drill system to determine if the problem can be pinpointed to
one specific component. Most repairs involve the handpiece, and this can be
removed from motor.
If you are unsure about the specific problem, return the complete system
that includes the console, foot pedal, motor with cord and handpiece.
Repair costs vary based on the severity of the problem. Handpiece repairs
cost approximately $325.00. A
complete motor rebuild is $550.00
All repairs have
a limited warranty of 6 months.
Include with your repair a purchase order or explanation on your
letterhead of the problem and where to return the drill. Also include the name
and phone number of someone to contact if we have any questions.
Most repairs are
completed within one week after we receive it.
